How I Found My (New) Purpose

For 35 years, I found my sense of purpose in an English classroom. Day after day, student after student, I learned that teaching was never just about literature or grammar. It was, above all else, about people. 

Now that I'm retired, I've found a renewed sense of purpose: wedding officiating. 

That's why I'm starting a new podcast that is, above all else, about people. It's designed to celebrate DJ’s, florists, photographers, and all the other remarkable individuals who bring dream weddings to life. Each episode will highlight a different wedding professional as they talk about all the magical things they do.

I have no doubt that engaged couples - and even my fellow wedding professionals - will find the episodes enlightening.

But honestly, this is a podcast for everyone. Because, ultimately, the heart of each episode boils down to one word: love.
